Tis Hazari court firing: 9 accused granted bail

Nine accused in the Tis Hazari court firing case have been granted bail by a Delhi court. The court considered the fact that the charge sheet has been filed and some accused had been in custody for around 90 days. The accused have been granted bail on certain conditions, including not fleeing from justice, not tampering with evidence, and not contacting prosecution witnesses. The bail application of one accused has been kept pending. A charge sheet has been filed against eight accused under various offenses.
