Toilet, not a ‘prem katha’ for these women in Bastar

Around 25 women from Lendra panchayat, Bastar, walked over 25km to Jagdalpur to demand toilets, water, an anganwadi center, and nurse facilities. Despite the area being declared open-defecation-free in 2015-16, married women live in new homes without toilets. Facing daily hardships, they have warned of protests if their demands are not met.
