Tom Dumoulin brings forward retirement saying his ‘tank is empty’

Tom Dumoulin has retired from professional cycling “with immediate effect”, the Dutch cyclist said on Monday, two months after announcing he would leave the sport following September’s Road World Championship in Australia.
