Total to invest $300mn to form joint venture with Adani Green

TotalEnergies will invest $300 million in a 50:50 joint venture with Adani Green Energy to generate solar and wind power. Total suspended a 25% stake-purchase in Adani New Industries’ green hydrogen project due to allegations by Hindenburg. Adani Green will transfer 10 GW of renewable assets to its subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Three, with Total contributing $300 million.
