UDD principal secy files affidavit in HC

The principal secretary of the urban development and urban housing department in Gujarat has filed an affidavit in response to a contempt of court application regarding the issue of stray cattle nuisance. The affidavit highlights the government’s new policy, instructions to municipal corporations, and plans to resolve the problem. Additionally, the city traffic police have also filed an affidavit detailing their efforts to restrict the sale and distribution of fodder and protect officials involved in controlling the cattle nuisance. They have also taken legal action against cattle owners for violations.
