UP: CBI files chargesheet against former loco pilot, ex-junior engineer and two others in child sexual abuse case

CBI officials said that the accused persons used to lure minor children by interacting with them in a friendly manner, and offering them mobile phones to play video games, giving them chocolates/sweets, gifts and money.
