UP man accused of raping minor granted bail after he promises to marry her

The Allahabad high court grants bail to Abhishek, accused of raping a teenager under the pretext of marriage, on the condition that he marries her and cares for their baby. The court also orders a Rs 2 lakh fixed deposit in the baby’s name.
