US Nagar records rise in school dropouts in 2023

The number of children admitted to schools in Udham Singh Nagar decreased significantly last year. Census data shows 2,701 uneducated children in the district. More boys than girls were deprived of education, with 1,362 boys and 1,339 girls not enrolled. Efforts are being made to reintegrate these children into education and address the dropout rates.
