Uttar Pradesh: Snakebite victim’s brother bitten by snake at funeral

A man who went to his native village in UP to attend the last rites of his brother who died of a snakebite was killed after being bitten by another snake in his sleep, police said on Thursday. Govind Mishara (22) attended the last rites of his brother Arvind Mishra (38) held in a village in Balrampur district on Wednesday. The brother died of snakebite on Tuesday. “Govind was killed after being bitten by a snake in his sleep,” , circle officer Radha Raman Singh said.
