Vice Admiral Sobti takes charge as Deputy Chief of Naval Staff

Vice Admiral Tarun Sobti has assumed the role of Deputy Chief of Naval Staff, taking over from Vice Admiral Sanjay Mahindru. With over 35 years of experience, Vice Admiral Sobti has held various command and staff positions within the Indian Navy. He has commanded INS Nishank, INS Kora, and INS Kolkata, among others. He has also served in important staff roles and received prestigious awards for his service.
