Violates natural justice: Cal HC sets aside remove-principal order

The division bench of Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Rai Chattopadhyay in Kolkata overturned an order appointing Md Maazul Haque as the teacher-in-charge of Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri Law College. They directed Haque to hand over the charge to Sunanda Bhattacharya Goenka. The bench also instructed the college’s governing body to clear Goenka’s salary and sent the matter back to the single-judge bench for further hearings.
