Woman walking to office run over by SUV on NH-8

A 30-year-old woman died in a road accident after being hit by a Ford Endeavour in Gurgaon. The incident occurred while she was walking to her office with a colleague, who also sustained minor injuries. The driver of the car fled the scene, but the number plate was retrieved. The woman was initially admitted to a hospital in Manesar but was later transferred to Safdarjung hospital in Delhi, where she succumbed to her injuries. An FIR has been registered, and the police are currently tracing the accused. In a separate incident, a biker died after being hit by an unknown vehicle on Golf Course Road.
