Youth killed by his ‘friend’ over unpaid loan of Rs 20,000

A 22-year-old juice vendor was killed by his friend and another person over a debt of Rs 20,000. The victim had borrowed the money but had not returned it, leading to a dispute. The accused confessed to strangling the victim, stuffing his body in a bag, and dumping it in a river. The police arrested the two accused, who also run a juice vend.
