12-year-old detained for murdering classmate at UP madrassa

A 12-year-old boy was detained for allegedly stabbing his 11-year-old classmate to death at a madrassa hostel in Balrampur district. The accused, motivated by bullying, attacked the victim on August 1 and was arrested on August 6 after the knife was found. Both madrassa officials and the caretaker were suspended for negligence.
