14-yr-old boy thrashed by seniors, stick inserted into private part

A Class VIII student in east Delhi had surgery after being attacked by schoolmates. Police arrested a juvenile. DCP Apoorva Gupta mentioned the accused was sent to the Juvenile Justice Board.
