2 kids beaten, tonsured and paraded over ‘theft’ suspicion in UP

Two children, aged 10 and 14, were brutally thrashed, paraded with shaved heads in a village in UP for alleged theft. Videos circulated on social media. Police rescued them and an FIR was filed. ASP is investigating the accusations.
