65 of 238 candidates in phase 2 of J&K polls facing criminal cases

In the second phase of J&K assembly elections, 65 out of 238 candidates have criminal cases against them, including serious charges for some. Only a small percentage are women. Additionally, over half the candidates are crorepatis with an average asset value of Rs 5.80 crore per candidate.
