A recent LocalCircles survey shows that around 75% of UPI users would likely stop using the service if transaction charges were introduced. The survey received responses from over 42,000 individuals and highlights UPI’s significant role in digital payments. LocalCircles plans to present these findings to the Ministry of Finance and RBI.
