Mumbai hit-and-run: Accused Mihir Shah admits he was behind the wheels

Mihir Shah admitted to the Mumbai hit-and-run, killing a woman. The illegal portions of Vice-Global Tapas Bar, where he drank, will be demolished, and its license was suspended. Shah, underage, was found at a Virar hotel after evading capture for 60 hours. His family had also been evading authorities since Sunday morning.
