New York’s Governor Kathy Hochul heads to Israel on Tuesday

New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced her plans to travel to Israel on a “solidarity mission” to meet with diplomatic leaders and communities affected by Hamas attacks. Hochul, a strong supporter of Israel, aims to show support during these difficult times. Her trip is expected to coincide with President Joe Biden’s visit to Israel and she will also meet with Biden’s chief of staff in Washington before flying to Israel. The governor has condemned the terrorist attacks and expressed concern for New Yorkers who may have been taken hostage by Hamas.
