AP High Court stays CM attack case trial

The AP high court has stayed the trial in the case of the attack on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Visakhapatnam airport in 2018. The court has directed the NIA to file a counter affidavit and the matter will be heard after six weeks. Jagan had challenged the trial court’s order dismissing his plea for further investigation into the larger conspiracy angle. The court also ordered the NIA to file its counter within six weeks.
