DA case: Karnataka HC dismisses deputy CM DK Shivakumar’s plea challenging FIR

In a big set back for deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar, the Karnataka high court on Thursday dismissed his petition challenging the FIR registered against him by the CBI in a disproportionate assets case.
