Other causes included hypertension, diabetes, family history, and stress. Experts warn about the danger of “soft plaque” in younger patients, which can rupture during strenuous activity. Regular screening, steady physical activity, blood pressure checks, and a balanced diet are advised to reduce the risk of heart issues at a younger age.
