4 get life term for killing 7-yr-old, eating her liver

Four persons, including a couple, were sentenced to life imprisonment for killing a seven-year-old girl and eating her liver and other vital organs at the behest of an occultist in Kanpur. The accused couple, Parshuram and Sunaina, their nephew Ankul, and his associate Viren, were convicted after a three-year trial. The court imposed a fine on Ankul and Viren, as well as Parshuram and Sunaina. The incident occurred in Ghatampur, where the girl’s mutilated body was found in a field.
