A makeover to go global

The Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) has initiated a ₹144 crore makeover plan to transform the city’s bus stands, playgrounds, and beaches. The plan includes 36 projects aimed at improving the quality of life in the city. The first project, the Thiru Vi Ka Nagar bus terminus, was inaugurated by Chief Minister M K Stalin.
