About 140 Rohingya Muslims on wooden boat off Indonesia’s coast as residents refuse to let them land

Around 140 starving Rohingya Muslims, largely women and children, are stranded on a boat off Aceh, Indonesia. Residents refuse their landing due to past unrest. The boat, traveling from Bangladesh, originally carried 216 people. Indonesian police have arrested three for people smuggling.
