Accused in 20 rape cases, murderers have been roaming free for years

Ishwar Bhil and his gang terrorised couples at scenic spots near Indore, committing over 20 rapes and a brutal murder over three years. Police uncovered the case in 2018 after arresting a petty thief. Bhil continued his criminal activities in Goa but escaped custody during a medical examination and remains at large.
