Ajay Devgn renews lease for two commercial units to Saraswat Bank for Rs 4.16 lakh monthly rent

Ajay Devgn has renewed his lease agreement for two commercial units in Andheri West, Mumbai, with Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited until December 2028. Initially leased from December 2018 to December 2023, the new terms include a monthly rent of Rs 4.16 lakh for three years and Rs 4.57 lakh thereafter. A security deposit of Rs 12.72 lakh was made.
