AO Smith acquires Pureit Business from HUL

Global water technology company AO Smith Corporation completed its acquisition of Pureit, the water purification business of HUL, for approximately $120 million in cash. This acquisition aims to enhance AO Smith’s premium water treatment product portfolio and expand its distribution reach across South Asia.
