Apple AirPods 4 don’t come with a USB-C cable for charging

Apple’s new AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation won’t include a USB-C charging cable, continuing its trend of reducing packaged accessories. Users upgrading from older Lightning-based models may need to buy a compatible cable separately. The new earbuds are available for pre-order now and will start shipping on September 20, alongside the iPhone 16 lineup.
