Atlanta’s culinary scene gains prestige with Michelin-Star awards

Atlanta’s culinary scene reached new heights as five restaurants in the city were awarded Michelin stars. The esteemed Michelin stars were given to Atlas, Bacchanalia, Hayakawa, Lazy Betty, and Mujō, with each restaurant receiving a one-star rating. The Michelin Guide also recognized ten Atlanta restaurants with the Bib Gourmand designation, and two restaurants, Bacchanalia and The Chastain, received the green star for sustainability. Atlanta is the second U.S. city to debut a Michelin guide this year.
