Badlapur encounter: Oppn, kin cry foul play; Fadnavis says don’t politicise incident

The opposition has criticized the Eknath Shinde-led Maharashtra government following the death of Akshay Shinde, accused in the Badlapur sexual abuse case, who was killed while in police custody. Alleging a fake encounter, they demand a judicial probe. The state has formed a Special Investigation Team and the Bombay High Court is monitoring the case.
