Basil Thampi to lead Blue Tigers

Basil Thampi captained the Kochi Blue Tigers in the first Kerala Cricket League, starting in Thiruvananthapuram. Ex-Ranji Trophy player Sebastian Antony was the head coach, with CM Deepak as assistant. Thampi, who played for Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians, brought valuable experience. The newly formed teams had minimal preparation time due to the recent auction.
