Bastar constable in security of BJP worker loads rifle, threatens of killing him

A drunken constable in Bijapur, deployed for the security of BJP worker Bilal Khan, brandished his rifle and threatened Khan. The officer, Nagesh Tinge, has been suspended for his actions and found to be under the influence during duty.
