Bengaluru trekker helped CEC spend night at uninhabited house

The Chief Election Commissioner and officials were rescued by ITBP and locals after being stranded in sub-zero temperatures in Ralam village. A trekker and his porters provided initial aid. Despite severe conditions and lack of communication, rescue teams successfully transported them to safety. They were on an inspection mission to remote polling stations but had to abort the plan.
