BJP, Cong in wait & watch mode on 16 ‘tough’ seats

Both the Congress and BJP parties are awaiting the release of their opponents’ candidate lists for the upcoming elections in Indore. Congress has already announced 41 candidates while BJP has announced 38 out of a total of 66 seats. There are 16 seats where both parties are yet to announce candidates, and three seats won by independent candidates in the previous election are expected to have tough contests. The tickets of around a dozen sitting MLAs are said to be uncertain due to factors such as performance, age, and new circumstances.
