Book Rahul for provoking crowd: Assam CM to cops

Rahul Gandhi, who is in Assam with his “Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra”, was stopped from entering Guwahati triggering protests from Congress workers who broke barricades and raised slogans. Rahul later addressed party supporters on the outskirts of the city and said, “We have broken barricades, but will not break the law.” Assam CM reacted strongly to Congress protests.
