Books by RSS-linked authors in MP college syllabi spark row

The BJP government in Madhya Pradesh mandated the incorporation of RSS-linked authors’ books in college syllabi to acquaint students with ‘Bharatiya Gyan Parampara’. Opposition Congress criticized the move, branding it as divisive. With over 30% of the 88 mandatory books being authored by RSS-linked individuals, the initiative aligns with the National Education Policy-2020.
