Brake ‘fail’: Unattended truck tragedy claims lives of two brothers in Bengaluru

On Saturday morning in Bengaluru’s Hosa Guddadahalli area, a truck without its handbrake applied rolled down a slope, killing two brothers on a scooter. The driver, Suresh Eshwarappa, had left the vehicle unattended. Eight motorbikes and a car were also damaged. Police have arrested Eshwarappa and seized the truck for further investigation.
