Brazil President’s plane faces technical error, returns to Mexico

A plane carrying Brazilian President Lula da Silva returned to Brasília safely after circling Mexico City due to a technical issue. Lula, who was attending Mexico’s presidential inauguration, was transferred to another aircraft. The Brazilian air force confirmed that safety procedures were followed and the presidential jet consumed fuel before landing.
