ByteDance shuts down TikTok music globally

ByteDance is set to discontinue its music streaming service TikTok Music globally on November 28, 2024. Initially launched in Indonesia, Brazil, Australia, Singapore, and Mexico in 2021 to compete with Spotify and Apple Music. Users must transfer playlists by October 28th and request refunds by November 28th.
