Sean Baker’s ‘Anora’, starring Mikey Madison of FX’s ‘Better Things’, won Cannes’ Palme d’Or. It’s about a New York sex worker falling for a Russian oligarch’s son. The Neon trailer depicts their Vegas marriage and fixers’ pursuit amidst luxury. Released October 18, it explores complex characters and emotions, likened to ‘Pretty Woman’.
