CAS to hear IBA appeal against IOC expulsion on November 16

The development, announced by CAS president John Coates on the closing day of the 141st IOC Session on Tuesday, came a day after the IOC held back from making any decision about boxing’s inclusion at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics.
