Case against Nadda, Malviya over video after Cong’s EC plaint

A case has been registered against BJP president J P Nadda, its IT cell head Amit Malviya, and state president B Y Vijayendra regarding an animated video shared on social media, following a complaint from Congress to police and Election Commission. Babu alleged this video was posted to incite enmity among communities and violates the code of conduct. Congress also expressed shock at the video being cleared by the state-level media-monitoring committee.
