Centre earns over Rs 117 crore revenue from scrap disposal during ongoing cleanliness campaign

The Indian government has earned over Rs 117 crore from scrap disposal during a cleanliness campaign. Minister Jitendra Singh praised the progress achieved in minimizing pendency and institutionalizing cleanliness in government offices. The campaign has covered more than 1.47 lakh sites, freeing up 32.54 lakh square feet of space. The special campaign 3.0 will conclude on October 31, with the evaluation phase beginning in November.
