Centre to give Rs 1 lakh crore more to TN for road projects: Nitin Gadkari

Union minister Nitin Gadkari announced an additional ₹1 lakh crore allocation for highway projects in Tamil Nadu. He acknowledged the state’s cooperation and stressed the importance of expediting land acquisition. Ongoing projects are valued at ₹60,000 crore, with completed ones at ₹50,000 crore. Despite delays, the bypass project is progressing satisfactorily.
