‘Chaddi-baniyan’ gang strikes shops in Nashik, still to be traced

Malegaon police are facing challenges in identifying and capturing a gang of masked burglars who have attempted seven burglaries in various areas over one-and-a-half weeks. The eight-member gang has stolen goods and cash totaling Rs 4 lakh from three establishments. Despite heightened patrols and checkpoints, the police have not yet succeeded in tracking them down.
