Chandigarh Sector 10 blast: Gangster with Babbar Khalsa International link takes responsibility

Police believe Pakistan-based terrorist Harwinder Singh Sandhu and US-based gangster Happy Pasiha are behind a low-intensity explosion in Chandigarh aimed at former Punjab Police SP Jaskirat Singh Chahal. Suspect Rohan from Amritsar has been identified. Authorities are investigating with a cash reward announced for clues about the suspects.
