Coaching basement drowning: Delhi court to decide on chargesheet cognisance on Nov 14

A Delhi court will decide on November 14 whether to take cognisance of the chargesheet filed regarding the drowning deaths of three civil services aspirants at a coaching centre. The CBI has charged the CEO and coordinator of Rau’s IAS Study Circle, but the defence claims the chargesheet is incomplete.
