Coaching centre deaths: Centre forms probe panel, to submit report in 30 days

The Ministry of Home Affairs formed a committee to investigate the deaths of three students who drowned in the flooded basement of a coaching center in Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. The committee will consist of various officials and will submit its report in 30 days. The aim is to understand the reasons, fix responsibility, and recommend policy changes.
